Zoey had perfect squishable cheeks and the most beautiful eyelashes! I could not get over her sweetness. She slept so sound during the entire session which made my job so easy! Mom had requested a Christmas set up so they could send out some Christmas cards. I loved this years rich and cozy Christmas set ups! The rest of Zoey’s session was a soft pink, purple and cream palette. The little carriage is a staple in the studio for baby girls! I can’t get enough of it.
Zoey was a closer to four weeks old in these photos! While most photographers tend to suggest doing newborn photos closer to 2 weeks post birth I don’t mind taking older babies into the studio. I know how fast and overwhelming the first few weeks must be! Even if your little one is a bit older we can still capture beautiful images. We got lucky that Zoey was such a good sleeper but I am also up to the challenge if your little one is a bit feistier!
